Nonviolent communication (NVC) is a method of communication created and developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 90’s. The author admits that his method is not a huge innovation and that all the principles have been known for centuries and he invites people to put more efforts into the way they communicate.
It is a way to get connected to people and build a proper relationship
Nonviolent communication makes communication easier to cooperate and resolve variances with each other.
NVC gives us concrete and profound approaches to find a better way of being by helping us identify our needs. Doing so by fostering a heartfelt language instead of a language contributing to sick feeling.
